Motorcycle Parking
The Board of Directors would like Management to communicate a change in motorcycle and moped parking restrictions that will take effect January 1, 2010.
In compliance of the new Rules and Regulations that went into effect August 1, 2009, and due to motorcycles/mopeds being parked in the common areas of the condominium improperly, per Schedule A (section 32) , all motorcycles/mopeds are to be parked in the employee parking area accessible via the Pine Street entrance. Management is working on restriping two of the parking spaces within this area.
Bicycle Registration
In an effort to update the Association’s records, we are requiring all owners/renters to register their bicycles that are located in the 2nd floor bicycle room. Please go to the Front Desk or Management Office to fill out a registration form, and management will issue a decal for you to place on your bicycle. We are asking all persons who have a bicycle to register no later than February 15th, after that date the bicycles will be donated to a great cause.
