New Management

Effective July 1, 2009, The Continental Group will be the Waverly's new management company.  We have reached a mutually satisfactory agreement with First Capital Propery Group to end their services.  We expect to discuss this transition in greater detail at the board meeting on Monday June 15th at 6:30 PM in the 5th Floor Conference Room.  Further, you can expect to see communication via your mailbox from Continental about the transition around mid June.
