Motorcycle Parking

The Board of Directors would like Management to communicate a change in motorcycle and moped parking restrictions that will take effect January 1, 2010.

In compliance of the new Rules and Regulations that went into effect August 1, 2009, and due to motorcycles/mopeds being parked in the common areas of the condominium improperly, per Schedule A (section 32) , all motorcycles/mopeds are to be parked in the employee parking area accessible via the Pine Street entrance. Management is working on restriping two of the parking spaces within this area.

Please note: Multiple mopeds and/or motorcycles may be parked in one space in the residential portion of the parking garage as long as they are parked within the boundaries of the Unit Owners designated parking space.

Please be advised that Management will be enforcing an annual assignment fee that must be paid a full year in advance at the rate of $25.00 per month which would be $300 for the year. All owners of motorcycles/mopeds must complete a Parking Space Policy addendum (Exhibit 4) of the amended Rules and Regulations as well.

Management will issue a follow up letter as to the date in which the parking area will be ready for motorcycle/moped parking.
